I’m still adding to this list. Bear with me…
Books – Georgian Language
I learnt using, among other things, Howard Aronson’s Georgian: A Reading Grammar. I like it for its step-by-step approach to Georgian grammar. It doesn’t teach you how to speak, but it does teach you how to dissect the verb and put it back together again. It’s published by Slavica and available in the usual places.
Dodona Kiziria has a relatively new Beginner’s Georgian published by Hippocrene. It comes with CDs and is structured around everyday situations travellers and business people might find themselves in. I haven’t had a chance to have a good look at it yet.
